AG. Executive Director
We envision a society where peasant farmers are valued, empowered, and able to live dignified lives. Through improved access to opportunities, fair systems, and sustainable practices, we aim to transform their livelihoods, enabling them to achieve economic stability and a better quality of life.
Our mission is to design and implement impactful programmes that enhance agricultural production, processing, and marketing. We achieve this by strengthening farmers’ capacities in policy advocacy and entrepreneurial skills, while improving their access to local, national, and international markets, as well as critical resources.
Our Board brings together accomplished leaders with extensive experience across the farming sectors. Through sound governance and strategic direction, they play a vital role in driving the Association’s growth, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
